METHOD
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced beef, Ultimate Burger Spice Blend No.22, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Divide the mixture into 4 to 5 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of a bun, then add your choice of toppings and the top half of the bun.
