Full Description
Swedish Meatballs Blend No.21 – Possibly one of Sweden’s most iconic foods they are a wonderful comfort meal that is quick and simple to make. Meatballs are used the world over and are more commonly known as Kofta’s which refers to meat that has been minced and formed into balls or placed on a skewer.
It is believed that the Swedish version originated in Turkey, but this is no real surprise as many foods have unexpected origins. The world has been trading for hundreds if not thousands of years. The Swedish meatballs have their own blend of spices and tend to be not too big. They are traditionally eaten with gravy and mashed potato.
