From Jarred Sauce to Spice Magic: Our Italian Bolognese Blend Story




I used to grab jarred pasta sauce off the shelf without a second thought. Quick, easy, done. But one day, I flipped the jar over and read the label. Yikes. Sugar, preservatives, and a bunch of stuff I couldn't pronounce.

 

That moment was one of the realisations that started me on my journey to create Spice Masters. I teamed up with a good friend who was also a chef, and we created blends to make home cooking simpler and healthier. Our Italian Bolognese Blend? It still makes me smile that you can make a Bolognese quicker and cheaper and most importantly better than buying a jar from the shop.

 

Here's why I love it:

 

1. It's simple. Seriously. Brown some meat, toss in veggies, add tomatoes, sprinkle our blend. That's it.

 

2. It's fast. 20 minutes tops, and you've got a sauce that tastes like it simmered all day.

 

3. It's healthy. No hidden sugars or weird preservatives. Just pure, flavourful herbs and spices.

 

4. It's flexible. Sure, it's great for pasta. But try it on pizza, in soups, or as a rub for grilled fish. Get creative!

 

5. You're in control. Add more veggies, less meat, or switch up the protein. Make it your own.

 

I use this blend for so much. Last night, we made Pizza’s and wow a teaspoon transforms that pizza base in a jiffy.





 

Like I used to you probably think that jarred sauce is convenient. But with our blend, you can have that same convenience AND feel good about what you're eating. It's real food, real flavour, real quick.
